Return Policy

The Pink Pineapple Boutique will gladly accept merchandise for a store credit within 14 days of your order's ship date.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original, sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• Must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
• Must be purchased from The Pink Pineapple Boutique.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above. Returns that do not comply with our policy or are sent back without authorization will not be given a store credit.

Exclusions:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Sale items marked 50% off or more are Final Sale.
• All jewelry is Final Sale.

Items may be shipped back at purchaser's cost or brought to the store.
